I’ve helped clients get salary increases and raises ranging from $5k to $55k.
I specialize in negotiation strategies that work for women and recently hosted a webinar on this topic with over 600 people registered.
Before we go much further, let me be clear that when I say “women” I mean anyone who identifies as woman.
So…What kind of negotiation can I help with?
Salary negotiation, performance reviews, and promotions.
Part of the reason why women are underpaid and get passed over for promotions is because of the many systemic barriers women face including the devaluing of their contributions.
Another part of the reason is because men negotiate successfully and women often don’t or don’t know how to. It’s something we’re not encouraged to do or are taught how to do.
Unfortunately research shows that women have to take a bit of a different negotiation approach from men. And sadly there’s a lot of research that shows that even when women negotiate with other women, we need to take these different approaches (bias knows no bounds).
Forget about what you’re currently earning, forget about how scary negotiating can be, forget about maybe not feeling completely qualified. I want to help you get paid and get the title that represents the work you’re doing.
It’s very easy to just gratefully except whatever you get offered but don’t. Know that HR expects a negotiation process. It would be odd if you didn’t go through a counter-offer process.
There will probably be 3-4 rounds of back-and-forth negotiating and being prepared is the key.
Negotiation Package
The focus of this package is to help you accomplish your goal(s).
Our session can focus on any of the following:
- Preparing for a performance review or promotion (and confidently detailing your strengths, skills, and contributions)
- Asking for a raise and/or title change outside of a performance review
- Figuring out how much to ask for – this includes financial compensation as well as non-financial compensation
- Figuring out how to ask (with specific language and tailored email templates for you to use)
- Crafting a specific “ask” and preparing for 1-2 rounds of counter offers
- Building confidence and overcoming any challenges or fears you may have. Imposter syndrome? I can help.
- Any other questions you have
The negotiation package includes:
- A detailed questionnaire to complete before our session so that we can spend the majority of our session time focusing on your goals, not context-gathering

Salary Negotiation Package: Basic ($500 CAD)
The investment for the basic negotiation package is $500 CAD+taxes and has yielded my clients salary increases 100x the cost of the package (if you want to skip the math, that’s increases of over $50,000).
Once payment is received, we’ll book your sessions and I’ll send you the prep package.
Sessions are usually booked for at least 3 business days from the day payment is received.
Tighter timelines are possible to accommodate but a “rush fee” of $99 will apply for sessions with less than 3 business days’ notice..
I’m sometimes able to accommodate sessions outside of 9-5 weekday hours. If this is possible, a fee of $99 will apply.

For an additional $500, the following can be added to your salary negotiation package:
- Unlimited email access to me for two weeks from the date of our session (which is often how long the negotiation process can take)
