Nail Your Interview is for you if you:

In Nail Your Interview, we’ll work together to make sure you walk into that interview with the confidence and responses necessary to get the job.
We’ll make sure you know WHICH questions to practice, HOW to practice, and even troubleshoot those hard questions like “What’s your weakness?” and “Tell me about yourself.”
We’ll identify your competitive advantage, the qualities that make you different from other candidates with similar experience (because at the interview stage, most candidates have similar experience.)
We’ll also spend time helping you craft results-based responses complete with solid examples from your past experience.
Here’s what you get with the Nail Your Interview Program:
Prep package: This comprehensive includes strategies and homework to help you prep for your interview and our mock interview including how to:
- Anticipate interview questions specific to the role you’re interviewing for
- Frame responses
- Determine your unique value
- Deal with stressful interview situations (including what to do if you’re a rambler…)
- Create an action plan to prep for your practice interview and your actual interview
You’ll also receive a questionnaire so that I can quickly the context of your situation and goals.

Interview coaching – 60 minute session: Based on your needs, we’ll spend this time doing a combination:
- A practice interview with questions we expect the interviewer to ask. I will give detailed, actionable feedback – both positive and constructive.
- Troubleshooting areas of concern and mentally preparing you to nail the interview
- Confidence-building
Sessions are available via audio Skype and phone.

*Interview preparation is often (but not always) prompted by an upcoming interview. If you need to book sessions urgently and if I am able to rejig my schedule, a “rush” fee of $99 will apply.
